HOW TO ORDER
In most cases, woodbloom^® does not have on hand the Twelve Timbers items you want. (The main exception is 5.5-inch, unglittered Funky letters, which we stock and ship to you.) Otherwise, we take your order via phone, secure online form, fax or e-mail and submit it to Twelve Timbers. They produce the items and ship them to you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
In most cases, your items will be shipped from the Twelve Timbers woodshop in Utah. Shipping one item within the continental 48 states typically costs $12 - 17. Shipping additional items within the same package adds about $2 - 3 per item to the shipping total. Most shipments are sent via UPS Ground service.

When woodbloom^® ships Funky letters directly to you, shipping typically costs approximately $5 - $7 and is sent via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx Ground.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries will cost more.
