We sell the ENTIRE line of Twelve Timbers products, most of which you'll see on this and subsequent Webpages on our woodbloom® site. We've carried Twelve Timbers for over a decade and know the line well, not to mention the folks who create it. The Twelve Timbers folks make all of their pieces to order (most at their Utah woodshop), so your items aren't sitting in a warehouse — they're created only after you have placed your order through woodbloom®. Because all of their work is "custom" in this way Twelve Timbers items are NOT returnable nor refundable, so please make your choices carefully. Even if you don't see the item you're looking for here, if Twelve Timbers makes it, we can get it for you! The turnaround time for most Twelve Timbers items is currently 4 weeks. HOW TO ORDER
In most cases, woodbloom^® does not have on hand the Twelve Timbers items you want. (The main exception is 5.5-inch, unglittered Funky letters, which we stock and ship to you.) Otherwise, we take your order via phone, secure online form, fax or e-mail and submit it to Twelve Timbers. They produce the items and ship them to you.

The Twelve Timbers folks make all of their pieces to order (most at their Utah woodshop), so your items aren't sitting in a warehouse — they're created only after you have placed your order through woodbloom^®. SHIPPING INFORMATION
In most cases, your items will be shipped from the Twelve Timbers woodshop in Utah. Shipping one item within the continental 48 states typically costs $12 - 17. Shipping additional items within the same package adds about $1 - 3 per item to the shipping total. Most shipments are sent via UPS Ground service.

When woodbloom^® ships Funky letters directly to you, shipping typically costs approximately $5 - $7 and is sent via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx Ground.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries will cost more.
